Manarola
Manarola is a soft yarn with beautiful and clear colors. The fine, silk-sheen acrylic is loosely spun, but wonderfully easy to work with.
The fascinating color changes in Manarola look great in many knitted and crocheted projects and is, therefore, an obvious choice for shawls and scarves, where the color shift can really stand out.
The gradual color shift is exciting to knit and crochet, however, be aware that it also leads to the skeins appearing differently.
Manarola is a single-ply yarn, which means it’s not spun from several strands. The rustic structure is reminiscent of handspun yarn with natural variation in strand thickness. With a single ply yarn, you get a nice softness and incredible colors. It also means that the yarn may feel loose and not as strong as other yarns. However, that feeling disappears completely once it’s worked up, and it will be just as resistant to wear and tear as other plied yarns.
