The Vasarely sweater is worked bottom-up on circular needles using the intarsia technique. We recommend knitting the border in the round, then switching to working back and forth for the body to make color changes easier. For the armholes, the piece is divided into two parts: the back and front. These parts are worked flat. The shoulder stitches of the back and front are picked up together on the wrong side using a third needle. The double collar and sleeves are knit in the round directly from the piece.
